ZeBud was founded in 1999 by James F. Pihir CPA, who has more than 20 years experience as a CFO in the public and private sector, both in for-profit and in non-profit organizations.
The goal was to produce an enterprise budgeting software package that is easy to use and install, runs in a desktop database networked environment, and is an effective and immediate budget solution available to small and medium-sized organizations, as well as larger organizations.
