Weston Data Systems is a small business started in 1999. We have extensive backgrounds in building and equipment maintenance, aviation airframe and powerplant, and computer programming. We had a need for a user friendly some pm scheduling software so we could keep track of all the scheduled maintenance. With hundreds of equipment items to maintenance, it was a necessity to keep everything maintained properly. With our maintenance and computer experience, we developed a building maintenance software package that takes care of it in a simple, easy to understand manner. The software we developed and perfected for 3 years is the for-runner of the product we have today, and it has proven itself over and over in just about any kind of business that has equipment that needs maintenance. For the price, we have even made it affordable for anyone and we continue to improve and add to our software and also welcome suggestions that will help our programs be even better. This year we have added several enhancements to our CMMS maintenance scheduling programs and also introduced  simple to use Work Order Programs to set up on a network for all departments to be able to send work order requests to maintenance.

Weston Data System's scheduling programs, building maintenance software, and Work Order Programs are in use today by businesses in 42 states and 10 countries. It is used by corporations with multiple buildings with hundreds and even thousands of data entries for maintenance CMMS, including Property Management Companies, Hospitals, Schools, and even Correctional Institutions and State agencies. It is also used by numerous small businesses with just as much need for equipment and building maintenance as the larger companies.

All are very happy with our scheduling software and work order software, and, in all cases, it has cut down on confusion and paperwork. The first business that we set up for went from preparing 50 pages for maintenance per month, down to 4 pages with our cmms maintenance software.
