Verdatum was created to provide a digital dictation management solution to law firms and other enterprises which utilize the dictation and transcription process as an integral part of their business process, but want to be able to manage and control the process as part of their enterprise's best practices. Our management has over 20 years experience developing, selling, integrating, and installing software, including document management systems, in law firms from Global 100 and AmLaw 100 in size to small firms of 10 or fewer users, in single locations and multiple offices spread across the globe. Our team has over 14 years of combined experience designing, developing, installing and supporting digital dictation systems with thousands of users in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Our management includes people with backgrounds managing midsized law firms heavily utilizing dictation systems for over 30 years, as well as experience working for one of the largest firms in the world. We have well over 50 years of combined experience in law firm Information Services management, business process automation, computer business systems design, engineering, and administration. Our software developers, architects, and engineers have developed applications that run in Global 100 and AmLaw 100 firms with thousands of satisfied users. They have also performed installation, integration, and application development of document management systems, and developed applications extending the functionality of these systems, for such entities as America Online, NASD, Astro Zeneca, The United States Army, and the United States Department of Justice, and have worked in the IT departments of such global companies as Reuters.
The program was created based on a proprietary file type, the .iaf, which is unparalled in its functionality. Programs utilizing this file type have an installed base of thousands in the U.S, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The program is robust, scalable, and reliable.
Verdatum now has an installed base in 3 countries, and in the AmLaw 100. We are fully committed to becoming the market leader and maintaining our leadership through continued innovation and development of our product, recognizing that software only improves your business if it makes it more efficient and less costly.
