Jeff Richman, Principal
Jeff has 8 years of professional services management and operations planning experience, and 14 years of professional services experience. Formerly Vice President of Operations, North America at AGENCY.COM (1999-2002), Jeff created systems and processes supporting the company's operations, helping to transform it from a group of independent, entrepreneurial start-ups to a publicly-traded company operating in five countries and generating annual revenues of over $200 million. He worked for Quadris Consulting prior to its acquisition by AGENCY.COM, serving as Vice President in charge of the New England office (1995-1998), and as Chief Financial Officer (1998-1999). Jeff was a systems integration consultant at JYACC (1990-1995) and at Cambridge Technology Group (1989-1990). He received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Brown University.
Larry Krakauer, Principal
Larry Krakauer has 17 years of professional services management experience, and 22 years of technical and managerial experience. He was the Chief Technology Officer of AGENCY.COM (1999-2001) after AGENCY.COM's acquisition of Quadris Consulting. In addition to setting and communicating the company's technology vision, Larry was deeply involved in organizational development, hiring, and managing customer relationships. He was formerly President of Quadris Consulting (1996-1999), an application software development firm started as a division of JYACC. He served as Vice President of JYACC, and General Manager of its New England office (1989-1995). Before joining JYACC, he was Vice President of Cambridge Technology Group (1984-1989), where he was responsible for the company's systems integration division. Previously, he worked at Corning Glass Works (1980-1984) as a plant engineering and information systems supervisor. Larry holds an M.S. degree in management from M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton.
