Efficient Software Systems provides innovative business process management products and services to a large international clientele. The privately held Bulgarian company was established in 2001 by a team of experienced software engineers who have collaborated over the last 15 years on a variety of medium and large-scale system design projects, primarily for the telecommunications industry. In 2003, Efficient Software Systems acquired LSN Software and Communication Services Ltd, a joint venture between a Bulgarian firm and LS Telcom AG – the largest German supplier of telecommunications and spectrum management software systems.

What makes us different is our strong emphasis on business process analysis. We communicate with our clients using the language of business, not the language of software. We put a lot of effort into understanding and formalizing the business problems our software solutions will address. We allocate substantial attention and resources to design because we firmly believe that good design is the key to creating effective and robust systems and processes.

We implement solutions using a range of software technologies, including Java, XML / XSL, JSP, Servlets, Web services, EJB, SOAP, CORBA, relational and object-oriented databases.
