Shiva in 1994. In 1998, Millennium Cybernetics was acquired by General Interactive, Inc. (GII), a privately held technologies company based in Cambridge, MA. The company was renamed to EchoMail, Inc. in January 2000. EchoMail, Inc. specializes in electronic communications management solutions: both inbound and outbound.
