DATABASICS, located in Reston, Virginia, was founded in 1983 by Alan Tyson, the President and CEO. A successful custom software and systems integration company, DATABASICS introduced its first products in early 1997, TimeSite and ExpenSite. Since their launch, DATABASICS has devoted itself to producing the most adaptable, comprehensive time and expense reporting solutions available. In 1999, DATABASICS reached the 100-customer milestone for its products, and in 2002, Deloitte and Touche recognized DATABASICS with its Fast50 award for year over year growth achievements.
