Interneer, Inc. Taps Industry Experts to Drive Global Growth for its Instant Application Platform Among Mid- and Large-Enterprises

Jack Karabees, Vice President Sales, appointed to spearhead global sales initiatives; Patricia Spencer, Vice President, Marketing, engaged to steer strategic direction and marketing programs.

LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 16, 2007 – Interneer Inc., creator of the Instant Application Platform (IAP), a disruptive technology that allows companies to configure web-based applications with integrated workflow, without programming, announced the addition of two executives, Jack Karabees, Vice President, Sales, and Patricia Spencer, Vice President, Marketing, retained to execute the company’s strategy to penetrate the mid- to large-enterprise market with its ground-breaking IAP.

Interneer’s IAP brings a new class of user-configurable web-based applications integrating workflow that adjust to changes within an organization without programming. Whether automating manual processes, configuring new solutions or configuring applications to fill in the missing pieces of existing software, Interneer’s IAP allows businesses to automate business and human workflow processes to fit their needs.

Using Interneer’s IAP, any business can design, configure and deploy scalable, reliable solutions through an intuitive point and click environment, hosted online or installed on-site. At Interneer, Mr. Karabees will develop and manage all domestic and international sales channels, including direct sales, reseller sales and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Interneer, Mr. Karabees served as executive vice president of sales and operations at Hudson Capital, where he spent 20 years developing, organizing and executing high-growth sales and marketing plans, for start-up and turn-around operations in the high technology and real estate sectors. At Hudson Capital, Mr. Karabees oversaw all domestic and international sales and property operations for seven development projects representing approximately 5,000 residential and commercial units and approximately $1.4 billion in inventory, in addition to managing all investment sales within the international and domestic brokerage and private equity communities.

Mr. Karabees honed his expertise in senior positions with Katalyst Securities, eLabor, and Data Net Corporation. Prior to his corporate career, he served honorably in the United States Air Force. Mr. Karabees is a member and serves on the Board of Directors of New World Angels, a local, South Florida angel investment fund and remains active within the Florida investment community. In addition, he remains on the Katalyst Securities Board of Advisors.

Ms. Spencer is responsible for developing and implementing Interneer’s global brand management and marketing strategy and will direct the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and operations. On loan from GroundWork Equity, a business acceleration firm, Ms. Spencer brings 15 years of strategic marketing expertise to Interneer. She joined GroundWork Equity in 2006 after launching marketing teams within a number of early stage privately held companies.

Among her accomplishments, Ms. Spencer made the Body by Jake brand a household name among health and fitness companies. While with Body by Jake Enterprises, LLC she produced more than two hundred products and fitness shows for Fit TV, the world’s first health and fitness network. A natural entrepreneur, Ms. Spencer founded several successful enterprises including MaddieBrit, Inc. a consumer goods company developing specialized detergent and fabric care, and World Class Enterprises, a partnership creating Super Soccer Skills branded youth soccer instructional DVDs and products.
