Interneer, Inc. Secures $2 Million Investment, Names Michael Edell Chief Executive Officer
Interneer Launches Drive to Bring the Instant Application Platform (IAP) Into Mid to Large Enterprises, Driving New Era in Delivering Web-Based Business Applications

LOS ANGELES, CA -  June 5, 2007 --Interneer Inc., creator of the Instant Application Platform (IAP), a disruptive technology that allows companies to configure web-based applications with integrated workflow, without programming, has secured a $2 million private equity investment through the efforts of GroundWork Equity and named Michael Edell Chief Executive Officer. The funding will enable the company to execute its new strategy to penetrate the mid to large enterprise market with its ground-breaking IAP which allows companies to quickly design, configure and deploy business applications with integrated workflow in weeks not months.

Michael Edell joined Interneer as Chief Executive Officer. He is a Founder and Managing Partner of GroundWork Equity, LLC, where he is responsible for the firm's strategic planning and investment policies and involved with its portfolio companies, providing corporate growth and development leadership, which has led to high-value exit strategies.

Previously, Mr. Edell founded eLabor.com, a workforce management software company, which was sold to Microsoft and ADP. He has also founded and managed a number of other high technology companies including Warehouse Auction Centers, Inc., (WAC), a privately held online e-commerce site specializing in collectible merchandise. He is the General Partner of Warp Nine Partners, LLC, a real estate partnership that owns and operates commercial properties in the Ventura County, Calif. and Los Angeles areas. Mr. Edell is a director on several boards including PeopleSupport (Nasdaq:PSPT - News), and Altametrics Inc. He also serves on the non-profit board of Pink-Link.org as well as numerous high technology corporate advisory boards.

Interneer received the $2 million investment from James Collins, a renowned businessman who founded Collins Foods International, Inc., which owned the Sizzler Family Steak House food chain and was recognized as one of the largest owners of Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises. Interneer worked with GroundWork Equity, LLC, to develop a new business strategy and facilitate the investment. GroundWork Equity accelerates the growth of technology companies by providing strategic planning, execution and access to investment capital.
