Autotask(TM) Chosen as the Professional Services Automation (PSA) Software for the Ingram Micro Seismic Platform
Ingram Micro to Offer Autotask to Its 40,000-plus Reseller Customer Base
EAST GREENBUSH, NY - May 7, 2007 -- Autotask Corporation, the leading provider of web-based business management software for IT service providers, today announced that its software has been chosen as the Professional Services Automation (PSA) component of Ingram Micro's Seismic offering. Through the agreement, Autotask will be a critical part of a growing suite of MSP solutions and allow Autotask to reach Ingram Micro's 40,000-plus solution providers.

From internal use of the product, Ingram Micro is familiar with the benefits that Autotask brings to a services-focused business model. This expanded relationship between the two companies continues to drive forward best practices in the services market.
To get resellers up to speed on the PSA solution quickly, Autotask Corporation will provide first-line support to resellers by providing training and implementation support for the Seismic PSA offering, which opens the door to a comprehensive services practice for solution providers.
Ingram Micro is offering a value-added solution via its Seismic platform which, in addition to Autotask, includes a web portal -- the Seismic Success Support Portal -- and one-stop access to an increasing array of other MSP services.
