During the quarter, Ketera's momentum as a trusted source for on demand spend management solutions was fueled by customer renewal rate, customer wins, the launch of the Ketera Supplier Content Management and new Ketera Procurement solutions, and industry accolades. During the quarter, Ketera continued to evidence its customer loyalty with a one hundred percent customer renewal rate and increased up-sell and cross-sell revenues from existing customers in the Fortune 500, as well as the SMB market. Ketera continued its customer acquisition with four new customer wins across the board in the Government, Healthcare, Education, and Logistics industries. Ketera has consistently won new customers proving that its authentic on demand model is delivering realized savings and bottom line results to every company they serve.
Ketera also announced two new product developments in the third quarter, each designed to bring fast and sustainable benefits to organizations struggling to realize expected savings from eProcurement.
