Web Work roll-out at the Department Of Defense continues

October 16, 2006 - ITT Corporation, Systems Division under contract by the U.S. Department Of Defense (DOD) are continuing the implementation and user training on the Web Work cmms/eam software system at the largest base outside the continental U.S. in the State of Qatar, in the Persian Gulf. The detailed project management functionality along with other advanced features in Web Work are providing base operations management with a powerful asset management and reporting system.

The Web Work CMMS/EAM software program is being delivered to both military and civilian users via internal web based communication infrastructures by ITT Corporation, Systems Division. Web Work was selected by the Army Contracting Command to manage large contracts, budgeting, purchasing and the significant assets at the Qatar base. Web Work replaces the previous MP2 cmms from Datastream Corp. The flexibility and advanced feature set along with the experience of Tero and Web Work in US Military operations were only a few reasons for the selection of Web Work.

Over the coming months Web Work will be implemented further throughout the base assisting operations with complete asset and contract management. Training and implementation services are being provided by ITT Corporation, Systems Division a leader in government solutions for command and control integration solutions.
