Web Work chosen by Waste Services Inc. to manage Fleet Operations

July 7, 2006 - Tero Consulting Ltd. the developers of the advanced web based CMMS/EAMS Web Work, have announced that Waste Services Inc. (WSI) have begun to roll-out implementation of the Web Work system on a North American wide basis.

Web Work will be implemented on many levels including fleet maintenance, inventory control and corporate purchasing to assist WSI in obtaining efficiencies and corporate level reporting. It was important for WSI to ensure a streamlined process for data capture and reporting to better allow corporate information flow.

The Web Work system will interface directly to the corporate finance and daily driver routing programs to increase data capture electronically eliminating manually entry. This extremely efficient system implementation will ensure the fleet maintenance and operations run smoothly in the face of increased fuel and overhead costs.

Web Work was selected through a formal evaluation process over many other packages due to the inherent web architecture, the depth of features and the over 25 years experience of the developer, Tero Consulting Ltd.. Tero has been contracted to implement the Web Work system throughout WSI’s organization with a special focus on streamlining processes and providing alternate language support.
