*Define multiple rates for each time off type

Web TimeOff now provides support for time off types such as vacations where accrual entitlements change after specific levels of seniority are reached. With a one time setup, administrators can specify multiple settings, with appropriate effective dates for each. The Web TimeOff accrual calculations will automatically switch to the corresponding setting as the effective dates occur.
