ITCS launches ITCS-WebClock v6.20 adding enhanced Web Based Time Off requests and Employee Schedule Software

Atlanta, GA - January 3, 2006 -- IT Computing Services, Inc (ITCS), a leading provider of Web Based Time and Attendance Systems, announced the immediate availability of the ITCS-WebClock v6.20. Included in this release are Time Off requests with enhanced Time Accrual Processor and Employee Schedule Software.

The Time Off and Time Accrual Processor are available through the Web Time Clock. This allows self service by the employee to view time off balances and perform time off requests at the Web Based Time Clock. The accrual information in the attendance system is processed and then prepared for payroll. Time off requests are created by the employee and then approved by their management. The ITCS-WebClock will stream line the PTO process and provide automatic notifications and emails to the approvers. After approval the time is deducted from the PTO balance. The time accrual processor will then refresh the PTO balances based on the eligibility and accrual rules.

The ITCS-WebClock employee schedule software allows management to set employee schedule from their browser. The feature is flexible to the company’s need. The employee schedule may be defined by group or individual. ITCS-WebClock employee schedule software reports on absentee and early/late transactions to the employee schedule.

For a limited time the Time Off and Time Accrual Processor along with the Employee Schedule Software will be included in the ITCS-WebClock PRO editions at no additional costs.
