ShowingTime Cuts Service Calls by 30-50% With LogMeIn Rescue
3am Labs Streamlines Remote Support for Nationwide Real Estate Software Maker

WOBURN, MA, October 19, 2005 -- 3am Labs today announced that ShowingTime, a Chicago-based provider of buyer lead generation, scheduling and call coordination software to the real estate industry, has selected 3am Labs' LogMeIn Rescue, a web-based remote helpdesk platform, to provide support to more than 3,000 real estate offices nationwide.

LogMeIn Rescue enables secure control of a remote computer for rapid incident resolution without pre-installing software. Helpdesk support staff can handle more incidents more quickly -- reducing phone-assisted or on-site support costs while ensuring high service levels.

ShowingTime has capitalized on the expanding role of the Internet in the real estate industry by creating a patent-pending, industry-first, web-based real estate lead capture, calendaring, and notification engine.
