The RetailiQ system now integrates with all of the major carriers' web-based customer activation systems, significantly impacting the point-of-sale process for iQmetrix customers. Benefits of integrated customer activation include: reduced human error, time saved and the ability to improve the customer experience.
After completing a successful customer activation, information is captured from the carrier's system and funneled directly into the RetailiQ database. Thanks to direct integration, iQmetrix customers can now take advantage of process that works to streamline the point-of-sale, eliminate double keying and provide reliable and structured customer activation data.
