Based in Sandpoint, Idaho, Diedrich manufactures coffee-roasting equipment. Offering the only fully automated roast profile system on the market, each roaster built by Diedrich Manufacturing allows the user to create, and recreate, more than 40 unique roasting profiles. Each Diedrich roaster is essentially a custom order; the company's most popular model -- the IR-3 -- is available in 4,000 different varieties, with varying operating voltages, fuel types, colors and metal finishes.

Using Vista, inventory levels have decreased by 50 percent in just six months. By reducing the amount of inventory Diedrich's must keep on hand, the company can minimize its investment in inventory, maximize profits and make effective use of warehouse capacity.
