The Collaboration Between Cincom and Infogroup is Established to Offer the Market Innovative Solutions to Automate the Production of Documents.
Turin — April 2005 — At the end of 2004 a commercial agreement was signed between Cincom, a world leader in production of software solutions, and Infogroup, the software company of bank group Gruppo Banca CR Firenze, which is specialized in developing IT solutions for financial market.
Infogroup and Cincom are collaborating in the spread, over national territory, of Cincom iD Solutions, the document composition toolset, and intend to carry out their integration in those companies, which want to empower or develop customer communication in order to get customer retention as well.
The first positive result of the partnership has been the installation of Intelligent Document Solutions in the Banca CR Firenze information system. The project is based on the establishment of a platform for document composition, in order to empower Bank's customer communication. The system allows automate the whole process of document production, even those for internal purposes, thanks to the processing of data acquired from subsystems. The result is personalization of marketing messages according to specific profiles attributed to customers. The process also allows optimization of paper correspondence with document grouping in the same mail sending, including management of multi-channel communication (internet, fax, mail and e-mail).
The solution gathers the efficiency and completeness of Cincom iD Solutions with the high level of Infogroup expertise in the field of system integration thanks to its twenty-year experience. The solution is flexible according to the various business requirements and the outcome of its introduction means cost reduction in management of customer correspondence. Besides to the target markets (banks and insurance companies) the solution is crosswise, able to be adapted to any kind of business environment.
