ACTEK's ACom3 Commission and Incentive Compensation application chosen by Unilever, a world leader in consumer products.

Englewood Cliffs, NJ - November 15th 2004 - Unilever has selected ACTEK's ACom3 Commission and Incentive Compensation Application to support commission and bonus processing for their food and personal care brands. Unilever chose ACom3 based on its advanced integration capabilities, product functionality and technology as well as ACTEK's ability to easily comply with Unilever's complex business requirements. ACom3 will deliver full automation of commission processing, including electronic distribution of commission statements and reports. Implementation will begin in November with live processing scheduled for the end of first quarter 2005.
